How to use ePost Communities

Securely and easily exchange documents and messages in the ePost app. ePost Communities allows you to share invoices, contracts and photos, and chat with family and friends. Here we’ll show you how to start a new conversation.

Open ePost and go to ‘Communities’

In the ePost app, tap on the ‘Communities’ symbol to view all existing conversations or start a new one.

Starting a new conversation

Tap on the ‘+’ symbol and select ‘Start a new conversation’.

Adding contacts

Enter the e-mail address or phone number of the person you wish to add.

  • If the person already uses ePost, they will automatically appear in your list of contacts.
  • If not, you can invite them to use ePost directly.

Naming and starting conversations

Choose a suitable name for your conversation if you so wish. Once you’ve done this you can send messages and share documents right away.

Neue Versandoptionen – perfekt für Ihre Bedürfnisse

SmartSend bietet Ihnen jetzt mehr Auswahlmöglichkeiten:
 
  • Intelligenter SmartSend Versand: Die beste Zustellungsart wird automatisch ausgewählt (ePost, physische Post oder eBill).

  • Einschreiben: Neu können Einschreiben auch ins Ausland versendet werden.

  • A-Post Plus: Für wichtige und termingebundene Sendungen inklusive Sendungsverfolgung.
Legen Sie im nächsten Schritt die gewünschte Frankatur fest. Diese wird verwendet, falls der digitale Versand nicht möglich ist. Zur Auswahl stehen A-Post, B-Post und B-Post Mengenversand (ab 350 Empfänger).
