ePost: manage several addresses with ease

Living in multiple locations offers many advantages, but it also presents certain challenges – such as managing mail. ePost is a smart solution for anyone commuting between different places of residence in Switzerland.

If you have multiple places of residence in Switzerland, keeping on top of your post can quickly become a challenge. ePost makes it much simpler and less time-consuming to deal with several addresses. You can easily register additional addresses in your profile, such as your holiday apartment in the mountains or your student houseshare in another city. Just like for your first address, you receive a verification code in the post, which you enter in your profile in the app. Once the new address is registered, you can add it to your scanning service subscription.

Using PO box addresses in combination with the scanning service is also straightforward. All you have to do is enter your PO box address and the actual address it corresponds to (or vice versa) in your ePost profile, get them verified and activate the scanning service.

No more complications caused by address variants

ePost also ensures that mail with alternative spellings is delivered correctly. This applies to double-barrelled names, middle names, names with accents and even bilingual place and street names. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you register all possible spelling variants.

Although ePost does not currently accept addresses abroad for registration and its scanning service, this could change in the medium to long term. In the meantime, you can be sure that ePost is doing all it can to make your mail management as easy and seamless as possible.
